Sexual Dysfunction, Impotence
Impotence is the inability to achieve or maintain erection. Most men find it difficult
to talk about their problem and they get into a vicious circle, the more they fail,
the more they fear trying. Some men might ejaculate quickly (premature ejaculation)
through fear of losing their erection. Matrimonial problems might develop with the
wife accusing the husband of having an affair or that he does not feel for her anymore.
The wife might start feeling rejected.
Causes of Impotence
There are many reasons
for impotence and it is impossible to list them all here. Illnesses such as diabetes,
drugs such as the ones commonly used for blood pressure treatment, damage to blood
vessels including those of the male organ, venous leakage of blood of the male organ,
lack of male hormone (testosterone), psychological factors and illness, etc. Impotence
is a symptom of a particular dysfunction but not the diagnosis. So treatment will
depend on diagnosing the underlying cause and try to correct it.
Now there are many
ways to help and correct this sexual dysfunction. There are options available to
treat sexual dysfunction but they vary from one patient to another with varying success
rate. You already have taken the first step towards your treatment by phoning us
and inquiring about our treatment. Obviously for us to help, you will need a medical
consultation in the strictest confidence.
Types of Treatment
We offer the full range
of various treatments. Viagra have been on the market for some years and recently
Cialis. They are effective in some patient but might not be effective in all diabetics.
Hormone can be good treatment plus the added benefits of all the sexual and general
improvements. We also offer our special penile injections with a success rate over
97% in cases failed somewhere else. Surgery is reserved for patients with very special
circumstances. Obviously for us to help, you will first need a medical consultation
and of course all is in the strictest confidence. We had some patients seeking our
help when it is too late to save their marriage, so we strongly advise not to leave
it too late.
Impotence sometimes is referred to women with poor sexual arousal, decline
or complete loss in her sexual desire or failure to reach orgasm. Reasons could be
similar to men but sometimes could be due too mechanical reasons such as weak pelvic
floor muscles rendering the women to have no grip or feeling to the partner and the
man is unable to feel her on penetration or during the sexual act. Some women tried
viagra or perhaps testosterone hormone as shown on many different TV programmes.
There are many ways to help these patients but the successful treatment is the one
aimed at the real cause.
You will be made to feel entirely at ease and your treatment
options will be explained to you by one of our doctors. You will never be put under
pressure, you will be given the chance to make up your mind, discuss it with your
partner and when you are ready and willing, we will do our best to help you.
