Male infertility.
Male Fertility can be due to sperm problems such as:
Absent sperms (azospermia), low count of sperms, dead sperms, immotile sperms, high abnormal sperms …etc. Sexual problems such as sexual difficulty, impotence, dry ejaculation, decline in libido, male hormone imbalance can all be factors affecting male fertility.
Male fertility can be easily diagnosed by a simple seminal fluid analysis (SFA) or sperm testing. But the underlying cause will need further investigations to determine and the treatment will depend on the cause.
Patients are advised to refrain from sexual intercourse for 2-3 days prior to the seminal fluid analysis. We perform the test between 9:30 – 13:30 Monday to Friday.
Results may be available on the same day if the test is performed early.
We can offer a telephone advice / medical opinion regarding your sperm results and possible course of action for a nominal fee.
Nowadays, most doctors and clinics advise male patients to go for IVF , test tube baby, as the best course of action. This not totally true due to the lower success rate for IVF. We are very proud to be one of the very few centres which treat male infertility with the aim of achieving spontaneous natural pregnancy or at least increase their chances for success of IVF by improving the quality and quantity of their sperms. This achievable by simple tablets which are cheap. Needless to say that we need to do some investigations first mainly hormone screenings to establish the underlying cause.
We are very proud that we have helped thousands of men even after failing IVF.
So check with us and we shall be very happy to help you too.
