Female Genital Surgery

(Vagina design, Vagina Refashioning, Vaginoplasty Or Genital Cosmetic Surgery):

With over 20 years experience in female surgery, we believe that we are one of the first pioneers in this type of surgery in the UK, European, Middle East and Gulf markets. We were the first to advertise this service in the Yellow Pages about nine years ago. All our patients are very happy with the service we provided and we have very good encouragement from our patient.

Vaginal Enlargement:

A woman with narrow or very tight vagina can suffer dyspareunia (painful intercourse) on penetration during sexual intercourse. In some cases intercourse might be impossible because of the vagina being too tight or too small to accommodate the male organ.

Vaginal Reconstruction
Vaginoplasty (Reduction/Repair)
Design Vagina:

This is also known as vaginal refashioning, vagina design or vangioplasty. Weakness of vaginal muscle may be caused by age, history of difficult vaginal deliveries, multiple vaginal deliveries and after menopause. It may be associated with inability to control urine or leakage if the urinary bladder is affected as a result of weak muscles. Vaginal weakness can affect sex life , reduce or abolish the sensation during the act of intercourse. Some women might complain of weak pelvis and lower backache.

Labial Reduction
Labioplasty or Labia design:

The vaginal introitus is surrounded by labia majora (towards the outside near the thighs) and labia minora towards the inside surrounding the vaginal opening. Some women complains of the excessive skin of labia minora which may be caught during the intercourse causing pain, embarrassment when wearing swimming suits or exercise or putting some partners off. Some women feel the need of trimming the excess skin for cosmetic reasons because they are or made aware by their partner.

Sterilisation, Vasectomy & Reversals:

Female sterilisation and vasectomy are the most effective and permanent methods of birth control.

Female sterilisation is normally performed via keyhole surgery using a camera. The aim is to interrupt the fallopian tubes thus preventing the sperms meeting the eggs during ovulation. To reverse the sterilisation, this usually involves laparotomy (opening abdomen) operation to reach the fallopian tubes. The whole idea of the reversal ( tuboplasty or tubal anastomosis) is to re-establish the continuity of the Fallopian tube canals. This type of delicate surgery are becoming less available as there are less surgeons performing this surgery and most patients are encouraged to go for IVF treatment. This is performed under general anesthetics.

Hymen Reconstruction
(Hymen Repair, Hymenoplasty, Virginity Reconstruction):

This is also known as hymen cosmetic surgery or virginity repair.

Following our mentioning on Channel 4 News on 14th November 2007 and our special documentary on more 4 news on the same night " Like a virgin" we felt that we needed to update this section of our web site.

You can watch our surgeon Dr. Magdy Hend on that documentary by going on our home page for More 4 News and click on the video "Regency clinic on tv", Then click on view report . Alternatively search google for "Magdy Hend" and choose channel 4.

Genitalia Rejuvenation
Genital Lift, Genitoplasty:

As we all get older we lose skin elasticity and the younger look. We start seeking cosmetic help for face lift, eye lids, hands lift…etc.

Now we are bringing our experience in the field to help women who noticed the changes on their genitalia and possible the excess skin which might be looking older and possibly hanging.

The aim of this treatment is to make this part looks younger again. A woman might have face lift and really looks young till she goes to bed and partner can see the evidence of aging there.
